Philippe Dauman

Prior to joining Viacom, he was Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DND Capital Partners, L.L.C., a private equity firm specializing in media and telecommunications investments, from May 2000 until September 2006. Prior to co-founding DND Capital Partners, Mr. Dauman served in several positions at Viacom, including as a Deputy Chairman and Executive Vice President of Viacom Inc.

Mr. Dauman is a director of National Amusements, Inc. and Lafarge S.A., a world leader in building materials. He is a Board member of the National Cable and Telecommunications Association and a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and the Business Roundtable. Mr. Dauman serves as Vice Chair of the Partnership for New York City and the Board of Trustees of The Paley Center for Media. He is a Board member of the Kipp Foundation, a national network of free, open-enrollment, college-preparatory public schools in underserved communities. Mr. Dauman also serves on the Board of Trustees of the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System and the Executive Committee of the Lenox Hill Hospital, as well as the Board of Trustees and the Dean’s Council of Columbia University Law School.

Mr. Dauman earned his bachelor's degree from Yale College and his law degree from Columbia University Law School.

Thomas E. Dooley
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Dooley has been our Chief Operating Officer since May 2010. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer since January 1, 2007 and joined our Board as of January 1, 2006. more >

Prior to joining Viacom, he was Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DND Capital Partners, L.L.C., a private equity firm specializing in media and telecommunications investments that he co-founded with Mr. Dauman, from May 2000 until September 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Dooley held various corporate and divisional positions at the former Viacom Inc., which he first joined in 1980, including Deputy Chairman, member of its Executive Committee, and Executive Vice President, Finance, Corporate Development and Communications.

Robert Bakish
President and Chief Executive Officer, Viacom International Media Networks
Robert M. Bakish assumed the role of President and CEO, Viacom International Media Networks in January 2011. In this position, Mr. Bakish is responsible for all Viacom Media Networks operations outside the United States, including those of MTV Networks, BET Networks and the non-premium TV channels of Paramount Pictures. In addition, Mr. Bakish is Chairman of the Board of Viacom 18 (the company’s Indian JV which operates the Colors Television Network as well as MTV, VH1 and Nickelodeon). more >

Prior to that appointment, Mr. Bakish was President, MTV Networks International, running MTVN’s operations outside the U.S. He previously served as EVP, Operations and Viacom Enterprises, and prior to that as EVP and Chief Operating Officer, MTV Networks Advertising Sales. Prior to joining MTV Networks, Mr. Bakish was SVP, Planning, Development and Technology at Viacom. Before joining Viacom in February 1997, Mr. Bakish was a partner with Booz Allen & Hamilton in its Media and Entertainment practice.

James Bombassei
Senior Vice President, Investor Relations
Mr. Bombassei assumed the role of Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Viacom on January 1, 2006. He previously served as Vice President of Investor Relations of the former Viacom Inc. since 2000. more >

He joined the former Viacom Inc. in 1992, previously serving as Vice President, Corporate Finance, and as Business Manager in Corporate Financial Planning. Mr. Bombassei is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Wade Davis
Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development
Mr. Davis was appointed Executive Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development in August 2009 and assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer in November 2012. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions at Viacom since January 2007 and Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Viacom since January 1, 2006. Before that, he was Senior Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions of the former Viacom Inc., since October 2005. Prior to joining Viacom, Mr. Davis was an investment banker in the technology and media sectors for more than a decade. more >

Prior to ThinkEquity, he was a Managing Principal of Lazard Venture Advisors, L.P., and a Vice President of Lazard Frères & Co. in their Technology, Media and Telecommunications M&A Group. Previously, Mr. Davis was one of the founding members of Wasserstein Perella & Co.’s Technology M&A Group in San Francisco.

Carl D. Folta

Mr. Folta held various communications positions at Paramount Communications Inc. from 1984 until joining Viacom in April 1994.

From October 1998 to May 2000, he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the former Viacom Inc. From July 1993, he served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Viacom and assumed the title of Senior Vice President in July 1994. Prior to 1993, Mr. Fricklas was general counsel of a large multinational business in the mining industry and prior to that was in private practice specializing in mergers & acquisition, public and private corporate finance, and technology law.

Brad Grey
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Paramount Pictures Corporation
Mr. Grey assumed the role of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Paramount Pictures Corporation in March 2005. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s motion picture operations. more >

Prior to joining Paramount, Mr. Grey was Chairman of Brillstein-Grey Entertainment (BGE), which includes the companies Brillstein-Grey Management, Brad Grey Television and Plan B, a motion picture production company in partnership with Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston. Over the last 20 years, Mr. Grey and BGE produced some of the finest shows on television, including the Emmy Award–winning hit The Sopranos, as well as The Larry Sanders Show, NewsRadio, Just Shoot Me, According to Jim and Real Time with Bill Maher.

Doug Herzog
President, Entertainment Group
Mr. Herzog was named President of the Entertainment Group in 2006, overseeing COMEDY CENTRAL, Spike TV and TV Land networks and websites, as well as Atom.com and GameTrailers.com. Previously, Mr. Herzog was President of COMEDY CENTRAL from 1995-1998 and again in 2004. more >

Between 2001 and 2004, he served as President at USA Network and prior to that, as President of Entertainment of FOX Broadcasting Company from 1998-2000. Mr. Herzog first joined Viacom in 1984 as News Director, Music News at MTV, and served in a variety of positions leading up to Executive Vice President of Programming for the network and President of MTV Productions.

DeDe Lea
Executive Vice President, Government Affairs

Prior to that, she served as a law clerk to the late Honorable Barrington Parker of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

Scott M. Mills
Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Administration
Scott M. Mills is Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Administration for Viacom Inc. In this role, Mr. Mills is responsible for setting the company's worldwide human resources strategies and practices and for leading Viacom's administrative functions, including real estate and security. He reports directly to Thomas E. Dooley, Chief Operating Officer of Viacom. more >

Previously, Mr. Mills served as President and Chief Operating Officer for BET Networks. In this capacity, Mr. Mills led its business functions, including sales, finance, legal and business affairs, human resources, digital, research, strategic planning, business development, and administration. As COO, he also led the launch of BET's CENTRIC channel and initiated the upcoming BET Experience festival.

Prior to that, Mr. Mills was Chief Financial Officer and President of Digital Media. As CFO, Mr. Mills was responsible for the company's finance functions, including accounting, reporting, financial planning, tax, treasury and controls, as well as corporate research, strategic planning and business development. As President of Digital Media, Mr. Mills launched BET Mobile and BET's digital video distribution operations. Before becoming CFO, Mr. Mills was Executive Vice President and COO of BET Interactive, where he oversaw the launch of BET.com and led the property to become a leading online destination for African Americans.

Prior to joining BET as Senior Vice President of Business Development in 1997, Mr. Mills worked in investment banking and served as Deputy Treasurer of the City of Philadelphia. A native of New York, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Van Toffler
President, Music & Logo Group
Van Toffler is President of Viacom’s Music & Logo Group, responsible for all music services, including MTV, MTV2, VH1, VH1 Classic, CMT and CMT Pure Country; their affiliated screens and digital services; and Logo. more >

Mr. Toffler has held a succession of positions at MTV, culminating in his appointment as Music & Logo Group President in 2004. Prior to that, he served as President of MTV and MTV2 since 2000 where he helped propel MTV into a cultural leader and top destination for young people. In 1999, Toffler oversaw the re-launch of MTV2 and helped guide the acquisition of CTN: College Television Network in 2002, re-launching it as mtvU, the ultimate network for college students.

Cyma Zarghami
President, Nickelodeon
Ms. Zarghami has served as President of Nickelodeon, overseeing all creative and business operations for the company, since 2006. more >
