YOUTUBE LITIGATION UPDATE
Today the U.S. District Court unsealed documents related to Viacom's Summary Judgment motion in its litigation against YouTube and Google. These documents, which are available at Viacom's YouTube litigation page, provide the evidence and legal basis for Viacom's arguments that YouTube intentionally operated as a haven for massive copyright infringement.
